Baked Fish In The Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fish fillets
    2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 medium sliced tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano
Preparation
    In a square microwave pan, layer onions and potatoes (season each layer).
    Lay fish on top, seasoned on both sides.
    Put sliced tomatoes on fish and pour oil over all.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and cook for 10 minutes on High in the microwave.
