5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    2 c. quartered potatoes
    2 c. cut celery
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    3 c. V-8 juice
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    2 c. quartered onions
    2 c. cut carrots
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place in pan in order given. (Don't brown meat.)
    Cover and bake for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
