Sour Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shortbread or graham cracker cookie crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry filling or other desired topping

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine cookie crumbs and margarine; press firmly on the bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
