Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomato juice
    10 drops of cinnamon
    10 drops of clove oil
    4 c. white sugar
    26 Tbsp. vinegar (1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp.)
    14 scant tsp. salt (1/4 c. plus 2 tsp.)
Preparation
    To the juice, add cinnamon, clove oil, sugar, vinegar and salt. Bring to boil and boil until thick, watching closely to keep from scorching.
    Can while hot.
