Baked Bluegills - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 bluegill fillets
1 c. onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. catsup
1 can condensed consomme
3/4 c. dill pickles, thinly sliced
Preparation

Saute onions in margarine.
Gradually stir in flour, adding catsup and consomme.
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sliced pickles and place fish in baking dish. Cover with sauce.
Bake at 400\u00b0
for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
Serves 4.
