Lemon Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 X 13-inch pan; set aside. Measure 1 cup of dry cake mix; set aside.
Combine remaining cake mix with 1 egg and oil.
Spreading mixture evenly, press into the bottom of pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine reserved cake mix, remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream in large bowl of electric mixer.
Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over partially baked crust.
Bake an additional 35 minutes. Cool in pan; cut into squares.
