Sunset Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lemon, orange or pineapple Jell-O
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. coarsely grated carrots
Preparation
    Add Jell-O to 1 1/2 cups of boiling water, stirring until dissolved, then add salt, juice, pineapple and carrots.
    Stir until blended.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Serve chilled.
