Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Blend beef, egg, onion and bread crumbs.
    Set aside.
    Mix soup, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper.
    Blend 1/3 soup mixture with meat mixture.
    Shape into 6 oblong patties.
    Brown in skillet.
    Add water to remaining soup mixture.
    Pour over browned patties.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes, meat and gravy in same pot.
