Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    food coloring
Preparation
    In saucepan, blend milk into flour, stir constantly over medium heat until mixture is like thick paste.
    Refrigerate until well chilled.
    Cream margarine and sugar together.
    Beat flour and milk mixture until very smooth.
    Add to creamed mixture and beat to whipped consistency (10 minutes).
    Add vanilla and food coloring.
