Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast (do not use RapidRise)
2 1/2 c. cool water (70 to 75~)
6 c. bread flour (approximately)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. water
Preparation

In a
mixing
bowl, sprinkle yeast over 2 1/2 cups cool water and
stir to dissolve.
After about 3 minutes, add about 4 cups flour.
Mix
well
and
stir
vigorously
for about 10 minutes. Dissolve
salt
in\t2 teaspoons water and add to the batter.
Stir to mix well.
