Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In medium saucepan combine flour, salt, mustard, pepper and margarine.
    Add milk and thicken.
    Add 1 cup cheese to mixture, stir until cheese is melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Pour mixture over macaroni in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Add chunks of cheese, if desired.
    Garnish with herb stuffing mix and bake, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
