Beer Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 baking potatoes
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
fresh ground pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
bacon bits
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. beer
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes as if for scalloped potatoes.
Add chopped onion, celery and sliced mushrooms; place in center of two large sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Dot with butter. Sprinkle on bacon bits and season with pepper.
Fold corners of foil to the center and build the sides up to make a small dish. Pour in beer and close the foil package.
Place on hot grill for about 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
