Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. shrimp
1 pkg. crabmeat (small)
2 c. dry stuffing mix
1 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
6 hard boiled eggs diced
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. onion minced
Preparation

In a mixing bowl mix stuffing mix with milk and mayonnaise. Set aside 1/2 cup of stuffing mixture.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into baking dish and top with stuffing, that you set aside.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one half hour.
