Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo (room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Prick with fork and pour 1/3 cup lemon juice over the top.
