Mexican Cornbread I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 2/3 c. sweet milk
    1 can cream-style corn
    8 hot peppers, chopped (jalapeno)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. Colby or Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients well. Fry sausage and crumble; drain very well. Mix all ingredients. Pour into a hot, oiled black iron skillet. Place in a 400\u00b0 oven and bake until golden brown.
