Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. pork or beef roast
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small bottle ketchup
Preparation
    Cook roast until done.
    Cool; remove bones and fat.
    Save juice from roast; add 1 cup juice, 1/3 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 onion, salt, pepper and 1 small bottle of ketchup. Simmer 2 hours or put in crock-pot and cook on low all day.
