Jane Bain'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    celery
    mayonnaise
    Sexton zestful seasoning
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts in water to cover.
    Season with chopped celery, onion, salt and black pepper.
    When tender, remove from bone and cut into bite sized pieces.
    Measure and add same amount of chopped celery.
    Mix with enough mayonnaise to hold together. Season with zestful seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Taste for seasoning, adding more zestful seasoning to taste.
