Chicken Salad With Walnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. poached white meat chicken
4 c. celery (1/4-inch diced)
4 c. orange sections, large chopped
2 1/2 c. English walnuts
1/2 c. chopped parsley
4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Dice chicken carefully into 3/4-inch pieces.
Set aside.
Mix celery, oranges, walnuts, parsley, mayo, salt and pepper together. Add chicken and toss gently to maintain whole pieces.
Try carefully not to break up the chicken pieces.
