Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) cans corn
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. minced dried onion
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine drained corn and oil.
    In small saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and celery seed.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
    Add to corn mixture.
    Cover and cool.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Drain to serve.
    Makes 3 cups.
