Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
    10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine and saute onion.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in broth and milk; heat to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Add chicken and vegetables.* Line quiche dish with 1 crust (follow package directions).
    Add chicken mixture and top with second crust.
    Seal edges and cut slits in top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
