Beef Stir Fry With Tri-Colored Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef (tenderloin)
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 c. onion, slivered
    3/4 c. green pepper, sliced
    1 c. red bell pepper, sliced
    1 c. yellow bell pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef, and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat until hot. Add beef, soy sauce, and next 3 ingredients; stir fry 3 minutes or until beef is done.
