Ham-Bone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (2 1/3 c.) dry navy beans
    1 1/2 lb. meaty ham bone or smoked ham hocks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 whole black peppers (1/2 tsp. ground)
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. chopped celery leaves
    1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
Preparation
    Take 1 pkg. each:
    kidney beans, lentils, black-eyed peas, Great Northern beans, split peas, pinto beans, navy and white lima beans, butter beans and barley.
    Store in closed container.
