Pepperoni And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 medium potatoes
    1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
    1 pkg. (2 c.) Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Slice peeled potatoes thin in food processor.
    Fry in covered skillet with as little amount of oil as possible.
    When potatoes are all brown and crispy, remove from burner and add 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
    Cover with 1/2 package of pepperoni and 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour other half of tomato sauce on top and rest of pepperoni.
    Top with remainder of cheese.
