Corn And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 c. water
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can drained whole kernel corn or 1 pkg. frozen corn
1 1/2 or 2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook rice in 2 cups water (Minute rice works well also).
Set aside.
Cook onions and green peppers in oleo for approximately 2 minutes.
Add corn and cook for a few minutes.
Melt Velveeta in milk in saucepan.
Add rice, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together.
Put in casserole dish and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
