Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes (baking)
1 c. sour cream
2 green onions, diced
1 large tomato, peeled and diced
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
parsley, chopped
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop out into a bowl, reserving shell.
Beat potato, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and parsley until well blended. Stir in tomato.
