Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Soften cheese at room temperature.
Blend in mayonnaise and sugar.
Add pineapple, cranberry sauce and walnuts.
Fold in whipping cream and pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf
pan. Freeze firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
