Old Fashion Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    1/2 egg shell water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put flour and salt in a bowl.
    Make a well in center of the flour and put eggs and water in the well.
    Work the flour into the eggs to create a pie dough mixture.
    Roll it out as thin as possible, then sprinkle top with flour.
    Roll dough up like a jelly roll and slice very thin to make the noodles.
    Keep flour on the noodles to prevent sticking together.
    Have 3 quarts chicken or beef broth at a rolling boil.
    Add the noodles, a few at a time. When all are in, cook 20 minutes and serve.
