Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (14 oz.) cans sliced carrots, drained
2 medium onions, sliced
5 Tbsp. butter, divided
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation

In a skillet, saute onions in 3 tablespoons butter until tender. In a large bowl, mix soup, salt, pepper and cheese. Add onions. Add drained carrots. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 or 8 x 12 baking dish. Melt remaining butter. Add croutons; mix and sprinkle over carrots. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
