Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork, ground beef or ground chicken
    1 lb. shrimp (optional)
    1 lb. green beans
    1 medium size cabbage
    5 medium size carrots
    3 pkg. mongo sprout
    1 medium size onion
    salt
    lumpia wrappers
    cooking oil
    ajinomoto (optional)
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Wash
    vegetables;
    slice finely.
    Wash shrimp; take off shell and head.
    Cut shrimp onto 1/2-inch pieces.
    Slice onion finely. Saute
    pork
    in
    2\tteaspoons of oil and garlic.
    Add shrimp; cook
    until reddish.
    Add sliced vegetables and mongo sprout.
    Add salt
    and\tajinomoto to taste.
    Cook with medium heat

    to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; drain and cool thoroughly.
    Place
    1 tablespoon\tof
    meat mixture in each lumpia wrapper;
    fold\tinto envelope style, sealing ends with water. Deep
    fry\teach
    lumpia in\toil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.\tBest when served hot.
