Wilted Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. shredded cabbage
1 small onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Place vegetables in large jar.
Add oil and seasonings.
In saucepan, bring sugar and vinegar to a boil; pour over vegetables. Cover jar and refrigerate.
This will keep up to a month in refrigerator.
