Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

In ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan, mix flour, nuts, brown sugar and margarine.
Spread evenly in bottom of pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Save 1/2 cup baked crumbs for topping.
In large bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, strawberries and lemon juice.
Beat at high speed until stiff, about 10 minutes.
Gently fold in whipped cream.
Spoon over crust and top with crumbs.
Freeze 6 hours or overnight.
