Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 bottle chili sauce
    1 jar (10 oz.) grape jelly
Preparation
    Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and sauce.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Melt shortening in large skillet; gently brown meatballs.
    Remove skillet.
    Pour off fat.
    Put meat, chili sauce and jelly in skillet stirring constantly until jelly is melted.
    Add meatballs and stir thoroughly until coated.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Makes 60.
