Mandarin Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small pkg. orange jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 large (12 oz.) can undiluted frozen orange juice
    2 (11 to 12 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add frozen orange juice; stir until completely blended.
    Add Mandarin oranges; chill at least for 5 hours or overnight.
    Unmold onto large plate; garnish with fresh mint leaves and fresh orange slices, if wished.
