Chili Con Queso Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) can or bottle taco sauce
1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread
1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Combine Cheddar cheese, chilies and taco sauce (hot or mild) in a saucepan or top of double boiler.
Melt on low heat or over simmering water, stirring often; add processed cheese and stir occasionally until all cheese is melted.
Add hot water and stir thoroughly.
Serve with raw cauliflower or broccoli or your favorite chips.
Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups.
