Russian Apple Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 sticks plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated nuts
    3 to 4 sq. coarsely grated baking chocolate
    5 to 6 Tbsp. rum liquor or juice from 1/2 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 to 5 apples
Preparation
    Soak coarsely grated (good size) apples in rum or lemon juice. Cream the eggs, butter and sugar.
    Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nuts and chocolate.
    Add flour and apple mixtures to creamed ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured spring-form pan; bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
