Easy Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 c. sour cream or 3/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. vinegar, mixed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
Pour into two 9-inch grease pie plates.
