Sharon'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    2 c. pumpkin or 1 small can
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend last 8 ingredients together.
    Put into pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes or so.
    Cool and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
