Ingredients

4 c. diced, sweet apples
1/2 can frozen apple juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix apples, apple juice and all ingredients together.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
Make lattice strips of pie crust on top. Brush top with butter.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
