Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. fruit (blueberries, peaches, apples, pears, etc.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix fruit, sugar, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients, thinning with a little milk if necessary.
    Pour on top of fruit. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
