Caramel Crunch Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Meadow Gold butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    5 c. corn flakes
    1 qt. strawberry ice cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter. Combine sugar and flour. Stir into butter.
    Add water. Cook over low heat to 215\u00b0, stirring constantly.
    Quickly pour over corn flakes and nuts.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pack into buttered individual ring molds.
    Let cool until set.
    Turn molds out and fill with ice cream.
    Makes 10 rings.
