Spicy Baked Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. peanut oil or other oil
    2 tsp. dry mustard or 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. dried rosemary or fresh rosemary sprigs
    1/3 c. vinegar (white)
Preparation
    Rinse chicken wings.
    Pat dry. Arrange in shallow baking dish.
