Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    1 1/4 to 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a small bowl stir dry ingredients together to thoroughly mix.
    In large measuring cup measure milk and then add egg.
    Beat together until egg is completely beaten.
    Add to dry ingredients and stir to moisten.
    May be a little lumpy.
    Pour 1/4 cupfuls onto medium hot griddle that is lightly greased.
    Makes 16 (3-inch) pancakes.
