Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. flour
    1 c. or more of sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Set aside confectioners sugar.
    Blend in butter/margarine, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in flour and pecans.
    Roll dough in small balls and place on well-greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Roll puffs while hot in confectioners sugar and again when cold.
    Yields 2 dozen puffs.
