Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. sherry
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
6 to 8 c. walnut halves

Preparation

In saucepan, blend brown sugar, sherry, corn syrup, pumpkin spice and salt.
Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in walnuts until well coated.
Remove and roll in sugar.
Spread on cookie sheet to dry.
