Lemon Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/4 c. plain flour
8 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat first 6 ingredients together until thick. Stir in flour. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy. Slowly add 1 c. sugar, beating until stiff and glossy peaks form.
Gradually fold yolk mixture into egg whites. Pour into ungreased Teflon coated 10 inch tube pan. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Invert cake to cool.
