Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    onion salt
Preparation
    Fry steak in iron skillet.
    After you put steak in grease, add extra flour on top of steak, enough to make gravy.
    Fry until real brown.
    Add about a glass of water to make gravy.
    If gravy is too thick, add more water.
    Add salt and pepper to gravy to taste. Cook on low for about 1 hour to make tender.
