Aunt Thelma'S Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. diced pimiento
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. buttered crackers crumbs
Preparation
    Combine corn, pimientos, butter and all seasonings.
    Beat egg slightly and add with the milk and cracker crumbs to the corn.
    Mix well and put into a buttered shallow baking dish.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 6.
