Oven Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 nice size brisket
Italian fat-free dressing
1 small bottle liquid smoke
1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce
your favorite barbecue sauce

Preparation

Season one nice size brisket with Italian fat-free dressing. Pour over 1 small bottle of liquid smoke.
Wrap in foil.
Leave sitting in refrigerator overnight.
