Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium carrots
    3 medium squash
    1 large onion
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top dressing (cornbread)
    1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cut up vegetables and steam until tender in 2 cups water. Drain vegetables and mash with a wooden spoon (save water).
    Mix the melted oleo, dressing mix and vegetables.
    Add the Velveeta cheese and mix well.
    Add the 2 cups reserved water; mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
