Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (not browned before mixing)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 1/2 fresh green peppers, chopped
    1 medium head cabbage, cut up or shredded
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate or cut up cabbage, peppers and onion. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a large pan; cover with foil paper and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
